Hello Again:

As with the beginning of any indoor season the air is thick with talk of changes to existing classes. Notably:

1. LiPos in Rally
2. LiPos in Mini

If we were to follow TCS they are apparently allowing their 2400 LiPos in both of these classes. The question is do we allow LiPos and do we allow any LiPos.

Firstly, they would be 2 cell because 3 would simply be stupid and undriveable. Also in my opinion, allowing bigger than the 2400s...

1/16 Slash/Revo Rules.

Hi Guys:

With regards to the new 1/16 Revo/Slash rules. In an effort to adopt a spec format to the class before it grows any bigger, the guys in the class want to lay down some ground rules that both make sense and make it as fair as possible.

1. All cars have to have stock tires. Slash can run stock Slash tires or the Revo tires.
2. Motors must be the stock 1/16 VXL motors.
3. ESC must be the stock 1/16 VXL ESC.

Well, the first race in my opinion was a big success!!! Thanks to all who worked so hard to get the track ready and looking so fine!

Practice begins this Saturday Nov. 7th at 1:30pm - ?

Oval racing also starts Saturday morning. Please contact the store if you would like to run Oval or are looking for more info.

Hi Gang: The track has progressed nicely and we are almost ready for racing on Tuesday. We are looking for volunteers for one last big clean up on Monday evening. We will be meeting at the store at 5:30pm. The other thing that we need help with is the snack shack. we have it all confirmed now we start racing nov 7th sat morning doors open at 8 am racing starts at 10am . i was told tonight it still has to be sat mornings we have to be done by 2 pm so the road course guys can practice after that . i ask about a later start but we can't so thats a done deal we have 3 classes this year the late models and 19 turn 4 cell dirt modified bodies and a brusless class and thats what ever the guys want in that class pan car but other than that...

Sorry about the late post guys. Please meet at the old track at 5:30 to begin transporting stuff to the new track. We need all the help we can get!!! Remember, this is a club so everyone is asked to do their part. Saying that I think everyone is going to be very impressed with the work that has been done to the track already, mainly by the Gurr family. This is definitely the snazziest track we have ever had!!! If anyone has a trailer, truck van etc. bring it along so we can get everything...

Leading Edge R/C Speedway (indoors) is now on Bath Rd. right next to the Greek Islands restaurant in the old MJ Billiards. This should be an excellent track with tons of potential but most importantly it will be ours for "hopefully" a long time!
